One thing I'd like to explain to you is our confidentiality policy. We're concerned about confidentiality. Your business is your business. Most of our clients come to us on the basis of referrals so sometimes clients know other clients, sometimes its people that we know in the business community, sometimes its people on the golf course. When you come to us as a referral from somebody else, rest assured, we don't share your information with anybody else under any circumstances.

I came from a small town where everybody knew everybody else's business and I learned very early that you had to be very careful of what so said so that you didn't disclose things about people's private information, so very concerned about that. We want to make sure that you understand that your account is your business, nobody else's. We don't share that with anybody.
